Breathing in the air of an ancient Italian village. In the charming setting of Coarezza, just a stone's throw from the banks of the Ticino River and only 18 minutes from Terminal 1 at Malpensa Airport, lies the wonderful Casetta del Fiume. This independent, two-story structure has been exquisitely renovated with exposed brick vaults, Lombard terracotta on the ground floor, and a stunning solid wood parquet on the first floor. Your stay will be made special by walks along the "Fiume Azzurro" in a bygone atmosphere. The house is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, a kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine (and a dehumidifier: clothes dry in one night), an iron, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. You'll be delighted by the pleasure of a nice barbecue or a bike ride and the nearby restaurants.
For years, I have professionally followed the world of hospitality. On behalf of my clients, I have always managed aspects related to quality, communication, and guest reception. Today, Casetta del Fiume is the result of this experience, aiming to offer my guests the excitement of a stay, whether for business, tourism, as a couple, or with family, in a truly unique area.
Coarezza is a small gem nestled among the bends of the Ticino River. Just minutes from Malpensa International Airport, and close to Sesto Calende and the Leonardo Helicopters headquarters. There are three nearby restaurants, including Villa Pio, the filming location for Adriano Celentano’s movie "Il bisbetico domato." Jogging along the banks of the Ticino River, taking a stroll, or going for a bike ride will make your stay truly special.
