Property info

Casa Vittoria is a two-floors townhouse with a private garden directly on the lakefront of Gravedona at less than 30 meters from the lake! The accommodation, at the first floor has a kitchen complete with stove, fridge, a little oven and electric kettle, and of course plates, cutlery, glasses and all cooking utensils. A living area with a sofa and armchair; and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom; a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. The outdoor garden surrounds the apartment on three sides, it is large and very well exposed to the sun, great to relax while your children have all the space they need to play! Just below the apartment there is a garage (access 205cm, lenght 455cm) where you can leave your motorbike or bicycle; inside the box there is a washing machine and another fridge at your disposal! The house is located in the center of the town, all the services you will need are two steps away: cafes, shops and a supermarket can be reached in less than two minutes on foot!
