Pepito's House is brand new, having been refurbushed in 2022. Despite is't just a studio thanks to it's industrial-style furniture it has a strong personality. Cooling and heating are very efficient (two splits, one in the living, one in the sleeping area), the kitchen is well equipped with oven, micro-wave oven, induction hob, dish-washer, electric kettle, toaster etc. Casa Pepito is on the ground floor: no step to get in. Many parking lots are available very close to Casa Pepito, some of them even free of charge. Beyond its unique style, Casa Pepito is very much appreciated because it's set in the very center of Bogliasco, close to all the bars, restaurants and shops, extremely close to the beach and accessible from the street without any gate of the building, stairs or whatsoever.

I'm pretty new in the role, but I already like it very much. I like to give our guests all the suggestions possible in order to facilitate their stay and to make them 100% enjoy their holidays. Since I'm an excellent cook, I'm always ready to give advise about local recipes but also restaurants and food-shops.

Pepito's House is so close to the beach that you can go out in flip flops and swimsuit. All the best bars and restaurants of Bogliasco are walking-distance, as well as the railway station (200mt), the grocery-store (150mt), the swimming-pool (100mt).
