Hi everyone, I'm Stefano, host of Casa Fubis for more than eight years. I'm a single father of Sofia, an 11-year-old girl with a passion for sport, healthy living and reading. I'll be at your disposal for any request or advice, perhaps drinking a glass of good Tuscan wine together.

Property information

The very spacious flat consists of three bedrooms with three bathrooms, sleeping a total of 9 people. A beautiful balcony from where you can see the sea and the passage of the famous Carnival floats will add further value to your experience at Casa Fubis. The flat is equipped with a kitchen with gas oven, 4 burner stove, fridge with freezer and microwave. Air conditioning in all rooms as well as heating for the autumn/winter period. Dining room with seating for nine to enjoy a wonderful evening at home with family or friends.

Neighbourhood information

Casa Fubis is located in the centre of Viareggio, close to all the best restaurants in the area and just under 200 metres from the famous seaside promenade, with all the nightclubs and boutiques for shopping. Right next to the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea, where you can have an aperitif on the beach, watching the sunset, it has a private bathroom in front of the room, air conditioning, smart TV, tea corner and a beautiful balcony from which you can see the sea.
