The kitchen has a 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and accessories; it is equipped with wardrobes, wall units and drawers and has cutlery, plates, tablecloths, pots and crockery. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, and a comfortable 70x150 shower cabin. The entrance is on the second floor of the ancient building, with access from via Erta San Domenico 27 pal. B The house has an area of about 100 square meters, has: air conditioning, independent heating, TV (Cromecast), Internet and free Wi-Fi, washing machine and ironing accessories. Upstairs there is a splendid flat roof with a beautiful sea view, equipped with tables, deckchairs and sun beds, plants umbrellas and outdoor shower and a barbecue for wonderful summer evenings.

Martina, born and raised in Milan, moved to Milazzo in 1989 after marrying Alberto and since then they have lived here with their children Eugenio and Francesca. Since 2016 Martina and Alberto have hosted many tourists in their homes to rediscover the cultural and tourist heritage of Sicily and Milazzo. Alberto offers his guests his passion for the sea for sailing and fishing, for the history of Milazzo and Sicily. A few meters away, the beach of the ancient fishing village of Vaccarella and the historic center with the main services: restaurants, sandwich bars, bars, shops, pharmacies, supermarkets and bakeries.
