We are Gioele and Michela, we make the guest rooms of our home available to guests. Breakfast is self-service and you will have a coffee, cappuccino and tea machine, microwave oven, toaster and in the mini fridge you will find yogurt and fruit juices. Every morning we will bring you fresh croissants. Each room has a kettle and a mini fridge. I purchased this wing of the building in 2017 and the following year I started the total renovation of the interior, choosing fine finishes: wooden flooring with wooden window frames and triple glazing for greater sound insulation and designer bathrooms. I maintained a classic environment by mixing it with modern with the choice of furnishings and colors. I have equipped the structure with all the comforts that I love to find when I travel: coffee machine, mini fridge, desk, fast wifi and smart TV for gloomy days.

I am a TV director and videomaker. My apartment is downstairs! During the summer I have the opportunity to spend some time at home between one work commitment and another, so I am available to give you suggestions for your holiday or offer support. If you are absent for work upon your arrival, you can still reach your room thanks to the smart locks: we will say goodbye in the evening when I return ;)

You will come to the heart of the historic center of Luino, immersed in the calm of the municipal park and literally surrounded by restaurants and bars where you will leave the heart of the city: restaurants, bars, glaciers, the market of Mercredi. they are all under the house. You can rejoin the property at a little more than half an hour in the Varese and Lugano areas: you will find free parking places on the street not far away, three places for motorbikes. If you want to rejoin the train, the train station is 10 minutes away, so the boats and buses are 200 meters away. On foot, you can rejoin all the points inside the town and the beach, so that if you want to make long journeys without using a private vehicle, the location of the cars and electric cars is available on the street.
