Villa Verdi and Villa Puccini are traditional Italian villas that offers breathtaking views of the lake from its beautiful gardens. Their large terraces and gardens directly overlooking Lake Como invites you to relax and linger. Villa Verdi is now an exclusive private Villa, in the tipycal style of Lake Como area, with gardens adorned with 15 different types of roses, fruit trees, many bay bushes and olives. With balconies, a large patio and a terrace both overlooking the lake, and a pier giving private access to the water, Villa Verdi is the perfect place to enjoy the lifestyle and sounds of Lake Como. Villa Puccini is a luxury private Villa, in the tipycal style of Lake Como area, with a private garden overlooking the lake with two beautiful magnolia liliiflora that embellish the garden in spring with white and purple gems, and two trees of a tipycal ficus of this area: the fïc de la rima that in the late summer offer sweet violet fruits. In the patio overlooking the lake, the guests can have a breakfast or just sit for a snack and with the private access to the lake you can refresh in the waters of the lake.

Bellagio Villas is a haven of serenity in Lezzeno, with elegant living rooms, gorgeous terraces on the lake and lovely lawns leading to the shores. Its stylish, old world country atmosphere continues in the bedroom suites, with elegant and old-fashioned bedrooms with hand-made furniture, tastefully appointed bathrooms and large gardens to enjoy the glorious views. The original owners, our grandparents, filled the Villas with heart-warming stories that will charm you and make you feel at home. Lezzeno is a tipycal Italian village lying along the Western branch of Lake Como, next to Bellagio. With around 2,000 inhabitants and 17 hamlets, Lezzeno keeps all his historycal and cultural heritage, narrowed between the blue waves of the Lake and the green mountain slopes. The tradition wants Lezzeno to be funded back in roman times. During its history, the village has been a farmland and a fishermen village. Today, it is known for its great scenic beauty, overlooking the stunning 18th century Villa del Balbianello, the most beautiful Lake Como house.
