La struttura è dotata dei confort principali per garantire agli ospiti un accogliente soggiorno: cucina attrezzata, divano letto, camera matrimoniale con televisore, connessione Wi-Fi e bagno dotato di doccia, bidet, asciugamani e kit detergenza dedicati. L'appartamento si trova a 100 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Milano Certosa ad una fermata (5 minuti) da Rho Fiera con le linee S5 Varese e S6 Novara, le stesse linee nella direzione opposta portano a Garibaldi e Porta Venezia aree centrali della città. La linea S11 collega Milano a Como. Dalla stazione partono le linee di superficie tram1 e 12 , bus 57 direzione Duomo/Castello Sforzesco. I bus 35 e 40 portano alle metro politane Rossa Linea 1 e Gialla Linea 3. Adiacente alla stazione si trova il superstore Esselunga e a cinque minuti di distanza il complesso di Cinelandia.
