Hi, I'm Michela, I'm really grateful if you decide to stay at my facility. I purchased this apartment recently, furnishing it to my taste with quality materials. The apartment is modern furnished, in an 'Industrial' style. Many furnishing accessories are 'MAISONS DU MONDE'. It has all the comforts to guarantee my guests a pleasant stay, in total relaxation. Those who stayed could see the obsessive care I put into every detail. I am a lover of order and cleanliness and it is tangible from the first moment you enter the house. I would like guests who stay there to appreciate these qualities of mine. I really like this type of hospitality business and I am very satisfied when my guests are satisfied.

Exclusive newly built apartment in Ponte San Giovanni, located 5 km from the capital. In a strategic position, close to the E45 highway junction, 15 minutes from Assisi and 10 from the 'San Francesco d'Assisi' Umbria international airport. Excellent location, quiet area, in total relaxation, just 5 minutes from the 'COLLESTRADA' shopping center, fine finishes, parquet flooring in all rooms in Ecological Dark Oak wood, complete with living area with kitchenette and coffee machine, leaving area with sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, hairdryer, bidet. Double bedroom with TV, large terrace with washing machine and outdoor table. Air conditioning, garage and private parking. We supply as accessories: disposable bedroom slippers, shower cap, make-up remover wipes, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, disposable comb, bath shower detergent and shampoo, disposable soaps, towel sets, bath mat, sewing set, ironing board, iron, hang clothes. The bedroom has a large wardrobe.

Absolutely to visit are the villages that characterize the urban planning of the region. Among the most important are the capital Perugia, with its' Fontana Maggiore ',' Corso Vannucci and the National Gallery of Umbria, the 'Rocca Paolina', the Duomo, Palazzo dei Priori, Palazzo Baldeschi. Smaller but of great beauty are to be visited Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Campello sul Clitunno, Montefalco, Bevagna, areas for which you can appreciate the famous gastronomic products, including wine and olive oil.
