Just a 5-minute drive from the city center and surrounded by greenery, you’ll find Alex’s Luxury Lakeview Apt. The apartment is brand new and part of a residence that was fully renovated in 2024. It is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable double sofa bed, a large veranda, and a private garden with a dining table for outdoor meals and comfortable sun loungers. There is also a 32-inch TV and a convenient washer-dryer. Upstairs, accessed via stairs, you’ll find the master bedroom, from which you can admire our beautiful Lake Como, and the bathroom. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people; please note that the bathroom is located on the upper floor and directly connected to the master bedroom. The complex offers a stunning communal pool with lake views and a BBQ area. There is also a private covered parking space, free of charge for our guests.
