The Bed and Breakfast is a part of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse recently restored. It's consists of one double bedroom, living room and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, bedside tables, and a chest. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, console and shower 90x90. In the lounge there is a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, a cupboard and a showcase. The finishes are of the highest quality with hand made parquet flooring and hand-painted ceramics, including some furniture are original '800 restructured. The facility is equipped with all modern comforts including wifi and refrigerator. The heating is underfloor, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets and, most important to the whole property it is in A energy class that allows a perfect climate comfort without the use of electro-mechanical equipment (air conditioners). The entrance is completely independent. The garden, equipped with metal furniture, and parking, are reserved to the structure. The room is perfectly SOUNDPROOF. Regional Code 051039AAT0023
"Il Paradiso esiste..." intitola Alessandra in un giudizio sulla nostra struttura. E' la stessa affermazione che abbiamo fatto noi la prima volta che abbiamo scoperto questo piccolo e suggestivo angolo di Toscana. Erano ben 30 anni fa! Da allora di acqua ne è scorsa nel torrente Ciuffenna che circonda la proprietà. E da poco più che un rudere è oggi un sogno realizzato. Così abbiamo voluto condividere con la stessa passione con cui è stato fatto il nostro piccolo angolo di Paradiso ..... Con Fulvio mio marito e con le figlie Sofia e Sara gestiamo questa nostra piccola e familiare attività. Le mie passioni sono la cucina, la pittura, ma sopratutto la natura.
La posizione geografica fà della nostra zona uno dei punti di soggiorno più apprezzati a livello internazionale. Da qui è possibile visitare gran parte del centro italia (da Venezia a Roma) con escursioni di una sola giornata. Ma per rimanere più vicini Firenze è raggiungibile in solo 40 min, Siena 50 min, Arezzo in 25 min e il chianti in 25 min. Questo solo per menzionare le mete turistiche più importanti. Ma qui è possibile soggiornare anche senza tutto ciò e passare fantastici momenti all'insegna del relax, della natura, del buon cibo e dell'ottimo vino. La nostra montagna che con i suoi 1652 mt abbraccia come premurosa madre tutta la nostra vallata offre scorci unici su caratteristici villaggi in pietra memorie di castelli perduti e di maestose pievi. Rocca Ricciarda, La Trappolo, Poggio di Loro, Gropina solo per menzionarne alcuni. Impossibile inoltre dimenticare Loro Ciuffenna uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia che tagliato in profondita dal torrente Ciuffenna regala il clima di una vita passata che solo in piccoli angoli di Toscana è possibile ancora gustare.
