One week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be ready to answer all your questions about the apartment and the area. Upon your arrival, our concierge will welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay. Upon departure, we will be there to bid you farewell and ensure everything has been perfect. The service is also available through chat for quick and personalized assistance. Check-in: from 15:00 to 19:00. Arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30 incur a supplement of 50,00 E. A security deposit of 100 E is required at check-in and can be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid by card, it will be refunded by bank transfer within 3-10 days, provided there are no damages. DesenzanoLoft is an Italian, independent, and locally-run company. Since February 2025, it has been an official partner of Marriott International – Homes & Villas division, certifying its quality according to the highest standards of hospitality, comfort, and safety. Marriott guarantees the adherence to these criteria only: the entire management remains firmly in the hands of our Italian team. For bookings after March 21, 2025, DesenzanoLoft is pleased to offer its guests who stay at least 6 nights in any of the brand's properties a return train ticket for all members of the stay to the beautiful city of Venice, for a fantastic day trip, valid only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, excluding public holidays and weekends.
