This is an open and bright property with big living room windows giving you a great ocean view. The architecture is a typical family home built in the seventies.
We are a couple living in Reykjavik but we both have roots in the Westfjords of Iceland. We bought the house in 2011 and we love to go there to rest and renew. Jon Sigurdur (59) is born and raised in Ísafjörður and I (Harpa, also 59) have a father that is from the Westfjords. Our youngest son, Svanur (16), lives with us but our other kids are grown up now.
The area is calm and hardly any traffic on the street in front of the house. In summer, most of the surrounding houses are occupied with foreign visitors doing sea-angling on small boats, located in the harbor.
