Terance Dale, a quaint homestay in Fort Cochin, managed by the Gueizelar family. The Gueizelar family's lineage harks back to their Swiss German roots, marking their arrival in Cochin and the establishment of shipbuilding in the region.
This three-room homestay, nestled just 100 meters from the Govt Ayurvedic Hospital and Dhobi Khana, and 1.5 km from the historic St Francis Church, offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Cochin.
Situated discreetly behind a house on K B Jacob Road, the homestay is an oasis of tranquility.
Terance Dale comprises three levels, with the ground floor serving as the residence for myself, Dax Gueizelar, and my family. The first and second floors are dedicated to accommodating guests and feature three generously-sized guest rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an inviting dining area, all meticulously designed to ensure your comfort and convenience.
