Hey there! This is Reshabh Sikaria. I love the feeling of helping people have comfortable and safe stay in the beautiful city of Ranchi. I love Ranchi to bits and when you come here, I bet you will too. I have a penchant for good food and when bored of home, I dash out to eat some, which ranges from panipuri to eating cheesecakes in fancy loungesrestaurants to Bhola's World Famous Litti Chokha I mean it! Seriously!. If you feel like enjoying the delicacies of Ranchi and do not know where to go, don't hesitate to contact me. If you need anything specific, I am always available on phone. The listed place is a combination of 3 flats (total 10 rooms) which are interconnected with each other through large drawing rooms and wide corridors. The given 10 Rooms normally have combined capacity of hosting 22 Guests per night. One side of the flat is facing Main Karamtoli road while the other 3 sides are facing greenery thus providing a breath of fresh air at all times in already soothing climate of Ranchi. Entire Listed Place can be used by the visiting Guests including ten 10 large rooms, two 2 big Drawing Dining Spaces, five 5 Balconies and two 2 Kitchens (*When All 10 Rooms are booked, otherwise common spaces are shared with other guests). The space itself is located in the Building Nidaan a Residential - cum - Commercial complex which houses a high quality multicuisine restaurant at ground floor along with a state of the art Gym additionally offering Spa, Salon, Steam and Sauna facilities. Also, there is a cardiac specialist's clinic but we do hope it never comes to that :D Toilets are of western style. 24×7 Electricity and water service is available. *Maximum of 2 Guests are allowed per Room except 1 Room (Capacity = 4). Rs.350/- is charged per extra guest.

The Building itself is located within 3 Kms of all main Shopping Centers, Temples and attractions in Ranchi. There is a huge open ground nearby towards Morabadi for morning leisure stroll or running. The neighborhood is almost the heart of the city and all areas within its vicinity are peaceful and have all the attractions and amenities one could hope for in Ranchi. About 50 meters ahead lies 'Celebrations' banquet that hosts weddings and reception. This makes our home even more convenient for large group of wedding guests looking for close by, comfy and affordable short duration stay. 1. Distance from Ranchi Airport is 9.5 Kms. 2. Distance from Ranchi Railway Station is 5 Kms. 3. Distance from Morabadi Ground & Football Stadium is 1 Km. 4. Distance from Governor House (Raj Bhawan), CCL & SBI Main Branch is 1.5 Kms. 5. Distance from Firayalal Chowk is 1.5 Kms. 6. Distance from Lalpur Chowk is 2 Kms. 7. Distance from Nucleus Mall (Ranchi's top Mall having PVR Multiplex & leading brands) is 0.8 Kms.
