its three bed room apartment it has got 4 air condition as enter you find big living room with air con inside the living room which most of the appt dont has got i can say its fully air con appt the living room is huge it has got dining table inside and sofa by side facing tv with tatasky hd box .big balcony in the hall nice coffee table with four chairs to sit in the balcony facing the swimming pool. modular kitchen is great big and spacious with microwave owen fridge,washing machine water purtifier aqua guard with few kitchen utensils every bathroom has got attach toilet .tv .a/c balcony .big cupboard with iron board safe doposit locker sytem in every wadrobe dressing table big beds inverter back up got lift inside nice big private still parking for every appartment nice swimming pool night security very close to beach just 5 minutes walking distance 1 minute walk to big super market ,pharmacy .atm,restaurant ,fruits shop etc very new building
super market ,pharmacy ,hospital ,restaurant,banks,pastry shops, just 5 minutes walking distance... near football stadium u can watch football matches 5 minutes away fitness gym its very centrally located
