The property is located 1.5 km away from Kalpetta New Bus stand and 700 meters from Kozhikod-Bangalore National Highway. Kalpetta is the centre and headquarters of Wayanad district and most places of interest in Wayand are within 25 kilometers. It is a calm and quiet area with a good view of Chembra Peak, coffee and tea plantations and to relax and refresh in good air and nature.
Looking forward to welcome guests from around the globe and to assist them to discover the beauty of Wayanad and to feel at home here!
Mountains, lakes, water falls, coffee, cardamon and tea estates, forests and wild animals, trekking etc. A natural swimming pool is available within one Kilometer and ayurvedic marma massage also within 1.5 kilometer and also temples, churches, mosques, hospitals, restaurants, super markets etc.
