House boat is itself located in peaceful area of Dal lake,there is plenty attractions which are nearby viz vegetable Market of Dal lake where one can experience uniqueness of this floating market,Famous Mughal Gardens viz Nishat garden cheshmashahi and shankarachariya temple....Tulip Garden.
