Modern 1BHK,with private garden is located in the charming neighborhood of Parra (featured in many movies). You will be a short 5 min drive from the most famous restaurants of Goa, in Assagao (Gunpowder, Mustard, Tamil Table, etc.) and 10 to 15 minute from the action of Anjuna and Calangute. You will have access to the complex's swimming pool, 24 hour security and housekeeping staff (cleaning of the apartment is done once a day) This 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for couples or small families..

Neighbourhood information

Parra is a village on the outskirts of Mapusa town. It is close to villages of Saligao, Calangute, Assagao, Anjuna and Vagator. Famous eateries like Mojigao, Coco Thai, Olives, The Burger Factory, Sublime, Tamil Table, Mustard, Suzie's etc. are all within the radius of 5 km to 6km. However Goa being highly seasonal do check online/call before heading to each place to ensure it is open. Remember the pristine narrow roads lined with palm trees on either side, of the Dear Zindagi fame? That’s the Parra road for you! Lined with palm trees, and overlooking fields on both sides, this road that you’d have often spotted in films and TV series like Four More Shots Please!, is a few hundred meters from the apartment, it is one of the prettiest, most picturesque roads of Goa.  Other points of interests - Beaches: Vagator (15 min drive), Anjuna (17 min drive), Morjim (30 min drive), Calangute (17 min drive) - Airport: 40 km (1h drive) - Panjim city: 15 km (32min drive) We will be happy to provide you with car / bike rentals / taxi contacts.
