-Located in a quiet area of Arad, less then 20 minutes drive away from Dead-Sea and Masada. Located near a local bus station. -10 minutes walk from the nearest kiosk. -Less then 10 minutes walk from the best pizzeria in Israel- Kaparuchka‬!! (more info at tripadvisor) -Equipped with full furniture (Air Conditioner, Microwave, Refrigerator, Washing machine,Toaster oven, towels, etc.) -Cable TV+Netflix. -WiFi. -Anti Insect entrance door. -Private sun terrace and yard. -Private parking. -Separate entrance through the private parking. Smoking area in the garden
