Property information
Number 53 is a restored townhouse originally built in 1925. The property has been retrofitted to a high energy saving standard and some of the original features of the house have been kept while some material has been upcycled.
We are a 5 minute walk from the Centre of Galway. It is also within a short walk of the University of Galway, Galway Cathedral and UCHG.
Neighbourhood information
We are located a 5- 10 minutes walk from most of the main landmarks in Galway including the Pedestrianised centre, Galway Cathedral, University of Galway, St Nicholas Collegiate church and the Westend area. During the Summer months we are located a short walk from most Galway International Arts Festival venues including the Big Top at Fisheries Field.
There are a number of great restaurants within a 3/5 minute walk such as Hooked on Henry street.
Galway is a lively City with a diverse range of Pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from. There are many great festivals and events taking place throughout the year.
