Dungarvan Greenway home (300m2) amazing ocean view Stunning views over the Atlantic and the Comeragh Mountains to the rear of the property. Only 400m from the Greenway. A haven of peace and tranquility. The house is equipped for all your needs and only ten minutes by car from the lively thriving sporty/foodie town of Dungarvan. The sun circles the property as the day unfolds. An immense sun room overlooks the bay where ocean liners share the horizon with yachts and jetskis. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, utility room, wc, bathroom with shower, ceramic bath and wc, a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, two ensuite double bedrooms, a tv lounge and a large sunlounge with a piano and dining area that overlook the bay. There is ample outdoor space with a clothes line to the rear of the property. Parking available for up to 5 cars.
I’m from a Dublin and have lived in the UK, France and Ireland. I discovered Dungarvan 28 years ago and love the people and the spectacular area. I love meeting new people and giving tips about the surrounding areas and look forward to welcoming you to the very special location
We are a few minutes walk from the Greenway, there are numerous bike hire places in town or on the Greenway itself. Clonea blue flag beach is 5 minutes by car, there are activities for young and older on the beach including kayaking and a daily beach club with sea trampolines etc. There are 3 golf courses within very easy reach of the property. Dungarvan has a cinema for rainy days and a day out in Cork is an hour away by car.
