Our Cedarwood home sits quietly on the edge of Barrow Harbour Kerry, Ireland. This is a natural harbour with no man made obstructions, very quiet and good for bird watching. Our facility offers a self contained guest suite .Our garden is open for you to wander around and take in our stunning sea and mountain views. We are on The Wild Atlantic Way and only a mile away from Tralee Golf Club. Your suite contains a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, we are small but perfectly formed to provide everything you need for a great getaway.
There is a Greenway about 2 miles away where you can walk or cycle to Fenit or Tralee in peace and safety. We are lucky to have a great choice of restaurants and high quality takeout options within a few miles of our location or take a walk up to the golf course where you can dine and watch the sun set over the Atlantic.
We are lucky enough to have a great vegetable garden and are passionate about good food. We have a dog, two cats, 6 chickens and 3 donkeys. We live the good life and love sharing it.
We are located about 1.5k from Tralee Golf Club, 5 mins drive from Fenit Village and 5 mins drive from Ardfert Village. We have the choice of great bars with excellent pub grub and award winning restaurants all within a few mins drive. We are in walking distance to two 'well kept secret' beaches and a few minutes drive from Banna Beach which is a Blue Flag Beach. Barrow Harbour is a special area of conservation and attracts amazing sea birds so photographers love it. We are well situated for Sailing/ Cycling /Hiking/and fishing activities. We welcome Bikers and have large safe parking facilities. We are a short step away from Tralee Golf Club and the Fenit Greenway
