Nongsa getaway villa is a two storey fully equipped 3 bedroom villa set in a secure tropical garden complex next to the ocean foreshore. Amenities include a gym, resort pool, members/guests only restaurant and afternoon pool bar. Ample room around the pool area to relax and enjoy the tranquil environment. The village has easy access by golf buggy to the famous Jack Nicholas designed golf course and 5 minutes from the Nongsapura ferry terminal.
The villa is located a 45 minute ferry ride from Singapore within a tropical island paradise. Nongsa Village is approximately 45minute drive from Batam Centre and 5 minutes from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal. Batam airport is 20minute drive. The complex itself is set next to the ocean foreshore and within the secure grounds you'll find villas spotted around the gardens. You can beach walk at low tide and saltwater dip at high tide if the mood takes you. The exclusive amenities include a gym and tropical resort pool with a dedicated kids pool and slide area . In the neighborhood, a short buggy ride away is the famous Jack Nicholas designed golf course. Nongsa Point Marina and Turi Beach Resorts are a walk or buggy ride away where amenities are available to guest.
