Please read all descriptions before inquiries. Villa Lantera consists of 2 houses: Rumah Pelita & Rumah Lampion, which are both located next to each other but with different entry gates. Guest access: You will have the entire house to yourself during your stay. However, you will be sharing all the common facilities across the road (outdoor tennis court, table tennis, table football, pool table, and simple karaoke set) with the host and other guests if Rumah Lampion is booked. Therefore, do notify the host beforehand if you would like to use the facilities at a certain desired timing. Location: Villa Lantera Bandung is located in a private housing complex with beautiful views of both Bandung city and mountains. It is very near to Lembang, where most of the popular tourist destinations in Bandung are situated. Easily type "Villa Lantera" as your location as we are already registered on online platforms. Amenities and features: Rumah Pelita is a 3-storey building in a roughly 700m2 land area. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite bathroom. Rumah Pelita can accommodate >16 guests, UP TO 25 MAX with NO extra charge. Find us on IG: @villalantera Additional things to note: Villa Lantera FACILITIES: Tennis Court: - Tennis court is located ACROSS the road, within 20-meter walking distance from both Rumah Pelita & Rumah Lampion. - Guests have to bring their own rackets. - Villa Lantera's tennis court is NOT available every Saturday from morning until 11 AM. - Please note the schedule for the use of our outdoor tennis court as per below: Rumah Pelita: 15:00 - 18:00 & 09:00 - 11:00 (except on Sat) Rumah Lampion: 18:00 - 21:00 & 07:00 - 09:00 (except on Sat) Other facilities: - ⁠Guests can use our other facilities such as table tennis, table football (foosball), pool table (billiards), and karaoke set from 7 AM UNTIL 9 PM everyday - All these facilities are located ACROSS the road, and are also shared among the host and Villa Lantera guests from both Rumah Pelita and Rumah Lampion. - ⁠Please note the schedule for our indoor table tennis & karaoke room as per below: Rumah Pelita: 18:00 - 21:00 & 07:00 - 09:00 Rumah Lampion: 15:00 - 18:00 & 09:00 - 11:00 Guests are required to follow the timetable according to which house they have booked (Rumah Pelita or Rumah Lampion). This schedule does not apply if, and only if, the other house is not booked (will be confirmed by D-2 check-in) and/or guests book both houses at the same time. Neighborhood: Rumah Pelita is located in a private housing complex surrounded by greeneries so you can retreat from the hustle-bustle of big city and enjoy the green cool Bandung climate; yet is only 2 mins away from the main road. It is perfect for family and small groups (MAX 25 people) but we do NOT allow any noisy events, e.g.: SMA/Uni reunion & farewell parties, to be held within our premises. HOUSE RULES to be noted (proceeding with booking means guests have agreed to follow all rules): - Strictly NO pets allowed. - Do NOT move any furniture within the property, including beds & wardrobes. - Although we are located in a private housing complex, please do respect our neighbours by keeping your volume to a MINIMUM between 10 PM and 7 AM. - Smoking is ONLY allowed within Rumah Pelita and/or Rumah Lampion's terraces and with proper disposal of the used cigarette butts into the provided ashtray. STRICTLY NO SMOKING within our facilities area, including at tennis court, foosbal & pool table common space, and table tennis & karaoke room. - Any kind of parties are NOT allowed, including but not limited to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. - Please be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness and proper care throughout your stay. Any lost/breakage of furnitures, utensils, and linens will be charged accordingly after check-out. - Please check your belongings carefully upon check-out, as Villa Lantera is NOT responsible for any lost nor left-behind items. We condemn any adultery and other disrespectful activities inside our premises. Therefore you will release us from any potential lawsuit or allegations in the future from you or any other parties regarding your own actions. The host has the right to call authority/police should any of these illegal activities occur within Villa Lantera and/or should guests fail to adhere to any of the agreed rules stated above.
