Villa/Hotel Accommodation Owner from Bali, Indonesia. Australian nationality and originally from Melbourne, Pete has lived in Indonesia for the past 20 years. Now fully retired he has a load of experience in Accommodation. /Airlines, Corporate , PR ,and Entertainment. He has owned (and previously managed) Villas in Bali since 2002. The accommodation he offers here is a result of his good knowledge of architecture, interior design and landscape. Here he offers authentic accommodation managed by his wonderful Indonesian Staff (family) in his TA "Award Winning" 1/2/3 Bedroom Private Villas , the "Guesthouse" and "Guestroom". They are fully staffed, and include Mini Bar, Safe, Free Wifi, Comp. Tea/Coffee Optional- Breakfast, Airport Transfers /Driver/Tour Guide always on hand. The “Guestroom”: A colourful and well-appointed ground floor bedroom with "outdoor" en- suite bathroom looking into the rice paddies. Fully Air-Conditioned sleeps 2 persons with a king size bed and Kalumbu (mosquito net). The “Guesthouse”: A tastefully appointed upstairs deluxe one-bedroom suite, with magnificent views of the rice paddies. The "Guesthouse" is fully air conditioned. The bedroom sleeps up to 3 persons with a king size bed, kalumbu (mosquito net), and a "trundle" bed for a third person if required. A separate dressing room adjoins a stunning terrazzo "outdoor" en-suite bathroom. Both suites are separate to the owner's main residence. For your entire stay you will have use of the shared semi-private "infinity" swimming pool, garden and the downstairs living/sitting room area and kitchen of the charming main villa residence.A real taste of "Villa Living" in Bali. The Neighbourhood: "Taman Toya" Villas, the Guestroom and Guesthouse, are located in Seminyak Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. Situated in Seminyak ( the heart of Bali) - approximately 300 meters from Legian Surf Beach, and at rear of famous Oberoi Hotel and Ku Da Ta Restaurant. The position is outstanding. Set on the edge of the rice paddies and Seminyak Creek, the area is a very peaceful and tranquil location, yet only walking distance to a great selection of shops,restaurants, spas, clubs and bars. Getting around Central location, excellent transport facilities available. Drivers, taxis, buses, car and motor bike rental readily available .
