• A modern design and beautifully decorated villa, completed in February 2016. • Situated in a secure gated estate the villa is quiet and private. • The villa is fully enclosed (i.e. not an open air pavilion style villa) which is great for comfort. You can stay cool with the villa fully air conditioned throughout. • Inside the villa is large and spacious with large bedrooms (each with its own ensuite and work desk) and a large dining and living and adjacent kitchen area providing lots of space for guests. • The pool has lots of shade and scent from some large Frangipani trees as well as lots of direct sunlight. Importantly the whole pool can be seen from the living area which is great for families with younger children and access to the pool can be controlled by closing doors. • The villa is fully equipped in every respect (kitchen, laundry, TV and sound system, wifi etc).

• Jimbaran is a fishing village. It is quiet and relaxed. It has not been as heavily commercialised like some areas North. This is part of the appeal. • You are tucked into Kedonganan with the schools, temples, chickens, cows, ceremonies and markets and so on going on around you. • The beach of Jimbaran Bay gets busy in the afternoon and into the evening with the local community and visitors. Without doubt, Jimbaran Bay captures the very best sunsets on the Island of Bali. Equally the beach can almost be deserted during the day. • Being less commercialised, you will not step out of the estate and be surrounded by hawkers, shopping and restaurants. Keep this in mind when wanting to dine out. There are many dining options nearby and we have listed many good ones up and down the budget scale in the Airbnb Guidebook for this listing. Some are a walk and some a drive. • Jimbaran is conveniently located to allow you to easily get to all parts of Bali and does not suffer from gridlocked traffic. It is also a great base for surfing. It is easy to get to Kuta Reef, Nusa Dua or anywhere down on the Bukit to surf or you can just a walk across the road and get a boat.
