Harry's Ocean House is a small family homy feeling homestay with a mixture of surfers and travellers. We have a communal area with a kitchen, sitting and dining area where our guests can be part of a nice melting pot of cultures with a little library. And at the same time we understand that privacy is also important so almost all our rooms ,surrounded by the beautiful garden, have their own chilling space, private bathroom. Kids are more than welcome and our garden is a safe environment. The beach access is just in front of the homestay by walking a small sand path between the horse field and the small pine forest. Surf access is very easy. We rent bicycles, scooters and all sizes surfboards. If you are still curious you can also check our instagram @harrysoceanhousepacitan
Mr Harry started this homestay because of his natural character of wanting to help people and his love for surfing. Slowly slowly partners and more staff came in with all the same enthusiasm adding their own passion for nature and local culture. We are a big family. And we are happy to count many of our guests in this big family. Every single person here makes a difference, we all add our special touch to the homestay :)
Pacitan is a beautiful bay and our location is on the beach side but still just 10 minutes away from the city. There are 2 small food stands at walking distances and many nice places to eat in town. In town you can also find grocery shops, fruit stands, traditional markets, clothing shops and we have a small surf shop and surf repair at our homestay. In Pacitan you can learn to surf or just surf the river mouth/sand breaks/reef breaks, standup paddle, make your own batik, hick mountains, explore the cost, explore caves, have a boat trip on Sungai Maron, see waterfalls and more... (we provide a map on arrival ;)
