Hi! I'm Kadek Sila and this is my wife Putu Trisna. We live in Banjar Tebesaya, in the village of Peliatan, 5 minutes away from the busy Ubud town centre. We live in my family compound - with my parents (both retired school teachers), my two children, son Putu Cahaya Erawan (the owner of Bitsell Coffee), and daughter Made Gina Indrayani , and our two small friendly dogs - Dogger & Doggee! Holiday Home - "Cahaya Room" is an ideal retreat for small groups or families seeking private accomodation in a beautiful location in Ubud, which has pool and garden view. We also have two family suite called "Sky Suite Rooms" located at the second floor of Cahaya Rooms. A big pool in front of Cahaya Room is shared with Sky Suite Rooms. Suite with pool view - "Nyuh Gadang I" and One bedroom suite - "Nyuh Gadang II" or can be called "Green Garden" are also located on our property, Bali Sila Bisma, around 20 metres down the path from our lobby. "Nyuh Gadang" means green coconut in Balinese, and we have named our villa after the coconut trees that surround the property. You can try our coffee shop "Bitsell Coffee" located in front of our property whose managed by our son, Putu Cahaya. The property is close to all the attractions in the Ubud area, perfectly located halfway along Jalan Bisma, with vehicle access from Ubud Main Street which leads to a path that will take you to the Monkey Forest Sanctuary on Monkey Forest Road.

Explore the many delightful eateries offering Balinese and Indonesian cuisine. International restaurants are also available, as well as healthy raw food and juice bars, together make Ubud a foodies dream. Other activities include the many therapeutic spa treatments Ubud has to offer, which include the traditional Balinese massage, reflexology and salons who offer beauty treatments, manicures & pedicures. There are many places to experience a yoga class here in Ubud. As well as the popular Yoga Barn, try the Ubud Yoga House, located in the ricefields of Subak Sok Wayah, then have lunch at Sari Organik, further down the path... Cooking classes, batik painting & silver jewellery workshops are just a few of the many options for activities in Ubud. Shopping? Only a short distance to the Ubud centre, where you will find the local marketplace, souvenir shops and many boutiques and jewellery stores For the adventurous, climb Mt Batur and witness the sunrise from the edge of the crater, or downhill cycling, rafting and many more..
