Only 70 meters from Lake Balaton, where the beach is just perfect, not crowded, sandy and shallow, perfect also for families with children as well. You have an own big terrace, and one little one in the front. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, the interior (furnitures and accesoires) is spacious and bright. There is also a parking space for 4 cars in the yard.

Nice neighbors, the lake is very close, there is Aldi, Lidl, Spar not too far away. A little grocery at the end of the street.
