We are on a wine hill amongst venerable press houses in the thousand-year-old harmony of silence, peace, land, and man. The wine estate has been owned by our family for over 50 years. On 3 hectares grow varieties like Olaszrizling, Hárslevelű, Szürkebarát and the curio Kéknyelű, a Hungarian vine variety grown only in the Badacsony Wine Region.

Property information

Our guesthouse is located in the heart of the Badacsony wine region, on the southern slopes of the Örsi hill with a panoramic view over Lake Balaton, the Badacsony hill and the surrounding villages and vineyards. The house is open to guests all year round thanks to being equipped with an eco-friendly and energy-efficient heat pump heating-cooling system and a built-in underfloor and in-wall pipe system that provide a comfortable indoor temperature both in the summer heat and during the cold weather. The house has three en-suite bedrooms. Downstairs, there is one bedroom (double bed) which is suitable for up to 2 people. Each upstairs bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people: one of the bedrooms has a double bed and two single beds, the other bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable pull-out double sofa bed. Shared spaces: the kitchen and dining/living room area is located downstairs. From here, our guests may step out to the arched terrace with a magical view of the lake and the Badacsony hill across. Below ground, in the cellar, our guests may taste the wines of the region in our atmospheric and snug wine parlor. Due to the layout of the house, it can only be booked in its entirety, we cannot accept bookings for single rooms. The house has a capacity to accommodate up to 10 people and is most suitable and recommended for groups of friends and family members looking to spend a relaxing time or a vacation together. Out of the main season, up to 2 people may book the full house and use the downstairs area as an apartment unit for a discounted price. Our guests are welcome to walk down to our Wine Terrace through the rows of the vineyard (the Terrace is open throughout the main season).
