Dear future Guests, We would like to inform you that in accordance with a recent Government Decree (Act CLVI of 2016) from September 1, 2021, the terms of the check-in procedure need to include the handover of each guest's certificate of identification with a picture (identity card or passport) to our colleague for data collection purposes with a digital document scanner. The scanned documents need to be forwarded to a Guest Information database by the accommodation provider. The presentation of these documents is obligatory for each guest regardless of age and it is also binding for children. In the absence of presenting these documents, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service and the guest cannot claim or reclaim the amount previously paid.
