In peace and harmony with Dalmatian culture and heritage, Villa Lorena was renovated in 2020. It offers full holiday-home comfort, an autentic Mediterranean experience with stunning sea views, private pool with sundeck, and a traditional garden. The house is located 400 meters from Sutivan Beach, 200 meters from the Center, and 100 meters from the Supermarket. This villa has 2 independent apartments: smaller on the ground floor and bigger on the 1st floor. The apartment on the 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, with a retractable sofa bed in the living room, and can accommodate 6 people. It has 2 balconies, 1 with a sea view and the other with a pool view. There is also a terrace with a barbecue and patio with a coffee table. The apartment is air-conditioned, with a dining area, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and washing-machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. You can rent the apartment on the 1st floor. Renting the apartment on the 1st floor gives you exclusive access to the pool and barbecue facility. Renting the apartment on the ground floor separately is not available unless the entire villa is rented. The minimum rent period is 6 days.
