Our no.1 goal is to have every guest feel like at their second home, to be at guests' disposal 24 hours a day, and to keep our space impeakably clean! What makes our Villa special is a large open terrace on terrain where guests can sit, relax, use the barbecue, have a meal or drink, or just sit and enjoy in the shadow of a meditterranean oak tree. Besides that, all units have balconies with direct sea-view. Beach is right in front of the house, and in the garden there is a special storage where all your stuff for the beach can be left. All guests can use free sunchairs for the beach too. We are at a quiet location, just round the corner of centre and village port, cars can only drive to our house, It's a non vehicular traffic area. Lush mediterranean garden with olive trees, mediterranean oaks, a palm, lavanda and lots of dirrent mediterranean flowers, add up to a special atmosphere in our Villa. A kind host, a clean space, and a feeling of security that we want to offer to our every guest by being at disposal 24 hours a day, is a sum up of what you can expect at Villa Katarina!!!

Our neighbourhood is a quiet area with Villas by the sea with large gardens, with lots of mediterranean flowers and trees. There is a nearly 10km long coastline west, and east from our Villa, which are excellent for walking or jogging. The centre of the village and port is just round the corner, 500m away, but with first restaurant distant only 200m.
