Villa Ida is located 900 meters from the Old City Walls and main promenade inside the famous walls - Stradun. Overlooking the Adriatic sea this marvelous villa with furnished terrace and heated outdoor swimming pool features fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as two private bathrooms one with shower and the other with bathtub, additional toilet is also available to the guests. The swimming pool is heated as soon as the temperature falls under 23 degrees celsius. Generally, it's temperature is approximately 25-26 degrees celsius. Villa Ida will provide You with a lovely garden featuring 300 years old fountain, BBQ facilities and furnished terrace fitted with sunbeds, parasols and outdoor dining area. The Villa is perfect for spending relaxing family or friends vacation. The Villa can accommodate up to 5 children under 6 years staying free of charge when using existing beds. Parking is free of charge and available on site - one parking place is available in the garage and the second private parking space is 100 meters away. Please note ***Villa Ida is located in a very quiet family neighborhood so there are specific house rules to be respected regarding the pool use and noise level***.
