This new modern villa of 380 m2 is located in Ližnjan, a quiet and romantic small town in Istria. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 8 guests.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen (equipped with all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine), a spacious living room, one bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The basement of the villa contains a space for meditation, exercise and darts.
On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms (equipped with TV and air conditioning), each with its own bathroom and sauna.
In the large garden there is a swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and umbrellas, also a terrace with large seating.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free WI-FI.
The nearest shop and restaurant are 500 meters from the villa.
Nearest beach is 1.2 km away, while the beautiful sandy beach is located in Medulin, which is 1.7 km from Ližnjan where the villa is located.

Our story in tourism begins in 2013. when we built the first villa for rent in Croatia, it was a pleasure to host our first guests…
After a while we realized that we would like to complete this beautiful story and we opened a travel agency Traveler which offered only 1 villa with pool. With the great effort and enthusiasm of our entire family and later our associates, today the agency has over 200 luxury properties with a swimming pool, has hosted over 12,000 satisfied guests and is growing day by day.
We work directly with the owners of the villas, without any intermediaries, all the villas are personally inspected and photographed. This is the great advantage of our agency over large tour operators - all questions will be answered first hand and in the shortest possible time!
