All our rooms boast spectacular views. The Double and Deluxe Rooms offer breathtaking sea views, while our Single Rooms feature charming views over the rooftops and historic old town. We truly believe our views and location surpass those of most hotels and apartments in Split. Please note: all rooms are located on the top floor (4th floor) of a beautiful historic building without an elevator. While this means a climb of several stairs, guests are rewarded with unforgettable panoramas and total privacy — a true gem for those seeking a special experience. Every room is tastefully decorated using high-quality materials and finishes, offering both comfort and style. You’ll find all of Split’s main attractions right outside the building or just a short stroll away. And for your convenience, a fantastic restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building. Due to the building’s historic character and stair access only, the property is unfortunately not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
