A brand new luxury holiday home situated in the very center of Povljana, 500m from the beach. It offers a private wellness centre which includes a large hydro massage swimming pool, a relaxation area, showers, and a smaller children's pool. The spacious holiday villa offers accommodation in 3 separate, private apartments, common rooms for socializing and relaxing, built in barbecue-fireplace, with free Wi-Fi and parking. In addition, there is a roof top terrace/sun deck available with a breathtaking 360 ° panoramic view of the Adriatic sea, the coast with beaches, and the beautiful mountains on the other side. Roof top terrace offers outdoor lounge furniture and sundeck chairs. The villa consists of a total of 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens, 4 indoor dining areas, 6 bedrooms, 3 balconies, 3 terraces, one common outdoor terrace with dining area for 14 people, 5 private bathrooms, and 2 toilets and 2 showers in common area. The whole space is air-conditioned with 6 air-condition units, and for a pleasant stay during the winter months, the entire house has central heating. The villa is Eco friendly, and a large part of its energy is using solar panels. Each apartment unit is equipped with XXL flat TV screen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, safe and linens such as robes, sheets and towels.
Povljana is on Island Pag which is connected to the main land with brige so you can get to the island and awoid waiting on ferry. It is 45 km distance from the city of Zadar. The old center of Povljana is only 500 meters away from beaches and promenada. It is on a walking distance from the lokal restaurants, market (small local fruit and vegetable shops), supermarkets, bakery and caffe-bars. Included in the offer for our guests is access to a jointly owned gym, which can be reached by a short walk. It is situated 300 meters away from the villa. In the close vicinity of there are sandy and pebble beaches, restaurants, a café-bars, bicycle paths, promenades and an ornithological reserve for birds. Zadar Airport is 60 km away from the property. Paklenica National Park is only 60 km away, while Krka National Park and Plitvice National Park are around 100/140 km away.
