Studio with terrace is located in the attic of old house by the sea. Nearby are several beautiful beaches in the pine forest. Studio has a magic view of Podgora and it's bay with the islands. It is about 30 m2 big with a terrace on the back side. On the terrace you can laze all day, have a lunch under the shadow or quiet dinner. Studio is suitable for children. Ideal for the couple or a family with a child.
My name is Jolanda and I live in Rijeka, the city on the north Adriatic sea. But since my childhood, I'm spending my vacations in Podgora, the place my family came from. I'm in love with this small lovely place that breathes by the Mediterranean rhythm, slow and easy, but with special energy. When I spend my time in the house, then I'm on the lower floor, under the Studio. As an art historian, I can suggest you some excursions if you are interested in cultural heritage. Or just help you if you are looking for the fun beside swimming and sunbathing. But in the case you want just lazy, nice and easy vacation, I will support you as well!
Nearby are several beautiful beaches in the pine forest: Plisivac (just behind the corner), Garma (about 400 m away) and Dracevac (about 500 m away from the house). The shop is very close to the house, as well as the restaurants, pizzeria and cafe-bars with beautifull terraces by the sea. During the season there is a daily offer of excursions to the islands Hvar, Brač and Korcula. From water sports, beside swiming, you can enjoy water skiing or surfing. Above the place is the Biokovo Mountain with Nature Park, suitable for those who love cycling through the forest, mountain climbing or hiking. If you are more interested in cultural heritage, it is worth visiting Makarska (10 km), Split (70 km) or Dubrovnik (143 km). There are few national or nature parks around Podgora: Nature Park Biokovo (2 km), Cetina Spring - Hydrogeological Nature Monument (45 km) or National Park Krka (140 km).
