Property information

Stipe Rooms are modernly furnished rooms near the center of Porec, and near the beach. The complex consists of 8 beautifully decorated rooms and one studio apartment with its own balcony. Each of the rooms has its own private bathroom equipped with a shower. Rooms are air-conditioned, there is free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linen and towels, and free parking only for motorcycles and bicycles. Pets are not allowed. Two rooms have a private balcony, while the other rooms can use a shared terrace, where there are two sets of garden furniture. The children are welcome. Two rooms have one extra beds (family room) ideal for a stay with children. Distance to the beach 300 meters, distance to the city center 400 meters. Stipe Rooms is an ideal accommodation if you are staying in Porec for a short period or need a room for one night.
