Located in natural surrounds with panoramic views and just 250m from the beach on a large property with distant neighbours to ensure peace and privacy. Sun soaked terrace as well as a naturally shaded patio, pool, sun loungers and outdoor kitchen with pergola. On-site management.
With my husband, who is Greek from South Africa, we were looking for a place where our cultures could connect. And we found exactly such a place of intermingling of Slavs and Mediterranean culture on the island of Hvar in Croatia. Here we decided to purchase and subsequently renovate 250-year-old ruins of stone houses in olive groves and vineyards. And a bonus: with an uninterrupted 180-degree view of the Adriatic Sea.
We are in rural location, surrounded by nature. Situated on a hill slope with breath taking views of the sea and neighbouring islands, our closest neighbour is 200m away with the village of Gromin Dolac (pop. 4) just a bit further. Arrival by car is recommended as Falcon View is located in a remote area of island Hvar, 3km along a dirt road from Zavala. Due to the nature of the drive, 4x4 is best but not strictly necessary, and cars with very low ground clearance could struggle. If you're concerned about reaching here, please contact us to discuss, as a plan can always be made.
