Located in Dubrovnik, this newly renovated, 16th century house in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik's Old Town , Placeta Apartments & Rooms, located in a quiet street features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi access, a large terrace fitted with garden tables and benches. All apartments are provided with fully equipped kitchen, and are modernly designed. A seating area and a flat-screen TV is provided in the units. The private bathroom comes with a walk in shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Guests of Placeta Apartments & Rooms can use the sun deck to sun bathe . The guest house is 120 metres from Stradun, Walls of Dubrovnik and from Orlando Column. There are no stairs to reach Stradun or Pile gate. Dubrovnik Airport is 17 km away.

Property information

These newly renovated apartments are located in a historic, 16th century house, in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik's Old Town. Thanks to its central location, Placeta Apartments is within easy walking distance from Dubrovnik's most attractive sights, restaurants, bars, and the famous Stradun Promenade which is just a few steps away. The famous pebbly beach Banje that overlooks the Old Town can be reached in 5 minutes. Decorated with elegant furniture, all units provide a flat-screen satellite TV, air-conditioning, seating area, wardrobe and a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and towels . The apartment and studio also include an equipped kitchenette with a dining area. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. A large shared terrace with private seating is included, from whose comfort you can enjoy the city views. Placeta Apartments is located on a quiet street and it can be reached from either Pile or Ploce Gates without stairs. The bus stop with connections to the ferry port, Main Bus Station and the airport is 300 m away.
