Double Room in the city center of Opatija, with the sea view, near the city beach (100 m) and the famous Lungomare promenade. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building, reachable with the stairs. During their stay our guests have complete access to a bedroom and private bathroom located next to the bedroom. In front of the room and the bathroom there is a small lobby with a refrigerator for the guests only. Cooking in the accommodation unit is not allowed. Opposite the bedrooms and lobby there is a shared covered terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the islands and the mountains in the hinterland, which also provides a feeling of staying at home and contributes to the relaxation and the holiday for the eyes and the soul.

Opatija is a historical city with a beautiful architecture that represents its emergence during the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Many aristocrats and even the crowned heads were enjoying well being of the town. With its mild Mediterranean climate, healing vegetation and the healing therapy which is offered at the special helthy-clinic "Thalassotherapia Opatija" (only 200 m from the Room Malnig). Opatija was and stil is a famous SPA tourist destination of northern Adriatic coastal area. Opatija offers a variety of opportunities for enjoying your stay: a 10 km long coastal promenade "LUNGOMARE", as well as a wooded walk CARMEN SYLVA, nordic walking, hiking and cycling on pedestrian and cycling trails on the slopes of the mountain UČKA (nature park), sport and relaxation, wellness content, possibility of excursions to various famous tourist locations, historic towns, islands, peninsula Istria, national parks (Plitvice Lakes), cultural events, various cultural manifestations. Opatija is also known as a gastro-mecca with its numerous restaurants where you can enjoy in Mediterranean as also in Continental cuisine of our region.
