Our property is an example of family effort and dedication. The whole family is involved in the business. We started renting rooms in 2005, and then we had one room. We now have a total of 12 units, 9 of which are located in the main facility at Plinarska 11. That rooms are advertised as Peruzovic Rooms 1 and Peruzovic Rooms 2. We also have 3 rooms at the address Plinarska 12 which is 30 meters away from our main buiding. That rooms are advertised as Peruzovic Rooms 3.
I graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split, majoring in Tourism. I studied what I love and what I do. In my spare time I like to walk, watch some good movie or series. I also love to cultivate and grow olives that my family has been involved in for many years.
Our neighborhood is called Veli Varoš. Veli Varoš abounds with exquisitely preserved folk architecture and original folk ambiences. Veli Varoš needs to walk slowly up the hill several times to see the beautiful stone streets and enjoy the view from the First Viewpoint. Among the architectural monuments the most famous is the Church of St. Mycules from XI. It is also worth mentioning the church of Our Lady o'Soca, the Holy Cross and St. Francis, which adorn Veli Varoš. According to tradition, The Church and Monastery of St. Francis were by founded St. Francis of Assisi himself. Veli Varoš is a symbol of the fishermen from Split who lived a small life from their daily catch.
