Apartments Zanic on The Beach sijaitsee aivan Adrianmeren tuntumassa, noin 8 km:n päässä historiallisesta Splitin kaupungista ja siellä sijaitsevasta Unescon maailmanperintökohteisiin kuuluvasta Diocletianuksen palatsista. Majoituspaikan oma ranta-alue on vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Majoitusyksiköissä on ilmastointi, jääkaappi, vedenkeitin ja satelliitti-tv. Huoneistoissa ja studioissa on myös keittiö tai minikeittiö. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku. Asiakkaat voivat nauttia aamukahvinsa suurella merinäköalaterassilla tai rannalla mäntyjen varjossa. Asiakkaat voivat kokeilla koskenlaskua 14 km:n päässä sijaitsevalla Cetina-joella tai tehdä veneretkiä läheisille Dalmatianin saarille.
