The house is located near the center of Vodnjan, in a quiet street, lovely for couples or families with children. There is a private parking lot in front of the house. NEW 2024 apartment - kitchen, new rooms, corridor and bathroom are located on the ground floor (75 m2). There are shops, stores, restaurants and bars nearby. The bedroom has new beds and mattresses (king size 180*200cm). The beds can be separated 2 x 90*200cm in one room. Free parking is included (2 cars in the courtyard). Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, glasses, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, towels and bed linen. Flowers and trees surround the terrace. * 500 m from the house there is an outdoor fitness and children's playground * Bus stop 500m * Gas station 200m * Supermarkets 500m * Pula airport 17 km Church of St. Blaž - 500m Beach Peroj/Fažana - 5 km Brijuni National Park - 5 km According to Croatian law, all guests must show their ID/Passport upon entering the rooms. We as hosts are required by Croatian laws to register your stay with the local police and tourist board, using the Croatian online platform E-visitor.
