Good day! This is a family house on a hill next to the sea that is run by a daughter and a father. It's surrounded by forest and 100 meters from the sea and 2 km from two main beaches. It's places in a small town called Zaton, in between Sibenik and Vodice which makes our location perfect relaxation destination. If you want to relax but also be able to see cultural and historical parts and have a great time you are on the right place! Sibenik, city with beautiful historical arhitecture and cultural events is only 10 minutes driving from our house, and if you get a wish to go out and party there are Vodice, popular destination for young people only 15 minutes driving from us. Also, for nature lovers, there is Krka national park very near where you can enjoy a walk around the waterfalls. Near Zaton 2.5 km far, there is a small town Raslina where you can swim in Prokljan lake. Our house offers apartments for 3-8 guests. The price listed here is for big apartment for 8 people. * RULES: * There is no party or loud music. Being loud and hang out on terrace after 11:30 p.m. is not allowed. Iniviting other friends or guests is not allowed. Thank you.
This is a family house run by a daughter and a father, and this town is where our past generations lived. We enjoy hosting because we can offer a bit of peace and nature in this loud and fast times. The sea is 100 m far, and the beach is on the other side of the bay 20 min walking.
Neighborhood is quiet and full of crickets and pine trees. In the village there is a bar, restaurants, market and a post office. * RULES: * There is no party or loud music. Being loud and hang out on terrace after 11:30 p.m. is not allowed. Iniviting other friends or guests is not allowed. Thank you.
