Objekt se nalazi u mjestu Vrh, neposrednoj blizini grada Krka. Apartman je okružen velikim dvorišnim prostorom, te prostranim parkingom. Vrh je izuzetno mirno mjesto i idealno za godišnji odmor. Mjesto je smješteno u centru otoka Krka, te su sva okolna mjesta vrlo dostupna. Apartman je udaljen od plaže 10 minuta. U neposrednoj blizini na udajenosti od 5 minuta nalaze se četiri trgovačka centra.
