Žrnovska Banja Žrnovska Banja was historically a small fishing settlement, acting as the associated port of the inland agricultural town Žrnovo. The bay is deep enough for tall, multiple-masted sailboats and is shielded from the stronger winds that blow down between the island and the peninsula, making for crystal clear snorkeling and diving waters. The water circulates slower in the bay as well, allowing it to warm up very nicely over the course of the day. Korčula - 3km East A Dubrovnik in miniature, Korčula’s well-preserved Old Town Renaissance Dalmatian architecture is a marvel to behold. You can eat and drink at the cafes and restaurants around the towns periphery in the shade of old windswept Mediterranean pines, visit the many shops in the interior of the town, and even catch a drink at the top of one of the city wall towers. Make sure you catch the Moreška dancers and watch as they whirl and clash, reenacting a Medieval battle for the rescue of a captured maiden.
