The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in a small town Stobreč. Stobreč is a small place, just 10 min (car drive) from Split center with a beautiful waterfront and beautiful beaches as well as a lot of content such as restaurants, coffee places, tennis court, football court, sea promenade and camp.
